Starting Pay: $27- $34.50 per hour (Based on Experience & Education)
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($625 paid at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and one year of employment)

Are you a caring nursing professional passionate about helping children heal and thrive? Camber Children’s Mental Health in Wichita is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. In this important role, you will provide direct care and support to children ages 6 to 18 in a safe, trauma-informed environment.

Camber gives children the hope and tools they need to navigate mental health crises. As an LPN, you will make a meaningful difference by supporting children and families, working alongside a multidisciplinary team, and helping young people build resilience for a brighter future.

• Provide direct, compassionate care to children and adolescents
• Support the nursing and clinical team in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care
• Monitor patient safety and participate in crisis response as needed
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child

• Starting Pay: $27 per hour, based on education and experience, plus differentials
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in four installments during your first year
• Shift Differentials: +$3.00/hour for weekday evenings/overnights, +$5.00/hour for weekend evenings/overnights
• Schedule: Full-time, 7AM–7PM, 36 hours per week

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program; certification as an LPN
• Licensure: Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Kansas; valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Experience: Three to six months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
