Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Role:
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room responsible for delivering patient-centered care, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices and contribute to peer development.
• Ensure safety, cost-effectiveness, and ethical decision-making in patient care.
• Handle medications per guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.

• Current RN license with Diploma or higher.
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and others within specified time frames.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
