Role:
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, responsible for delivering patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications & Skills:Current RN license, completion of required certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Trauma Nursing Course within specified time frames. Ability to apply age‑specific competencies, demonstrate critical thinking, and uphold ethical standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
Key Duties:Provide nursing care in accordance with hospital standards, evaluate practice effectiveness, contribute to professional development, advocate for patients, and participate in quality improvement activities.
