Role Overview:
Provide direct nursing care in a Med Surg department, following established policies and protocols. Responsibilities include implementing, monitoring, and recording patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, carrying out physician and nursing orders, and managing patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Qualifications & Skills:Must have a valid RN license (compact or state-specific), BLS certification within 1 month, and at least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting. Diploma from an accredited nursing program is required.
