Overview

RN - Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (Travel) at Wesley West FSED. Night shift, 12 hours per day, 3 days per week. 13-week assignment with weekly stipends and base pay as listed in the original posting. Onsite contract start date: 8/25/2026.

• Provide comprehensive ED nursing care to patients with varying acuity levels.
• Perform typical procedures on the unit such as IV starts, medication administration, sedations, and pediatrics-related interventions.
• Scan patient information and medications accurately at all times.

  • Typical patient ratios: 3:1 average, low acuity 5:1;
  Peds - team nursing
• Equipment:

  Meditech

• Required:
  
  BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NIH, Kansas license
• Experience in travel nursing or in large facility settings
• Preferred (considered first): TNCC;
  Meditech experience; experience in a 52-bed ER or larger
• Strong emphasis on patient experience and ability to work in a fast-paced ER

• Typical procedures: IV starts, medication administration, sedations, pediatrics
