Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patients, and administering medications in a fast-paced telemetry unit.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' vital signs and electronic cardiac monitoring.
- Administer medications and manage medication drips.
- Perform procedures such as central line management.
- Engage with patients and families to address care needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital telemetry experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred.
