Registered Nurse Clinical Lead

We are seeking a registered nurse for a full-time night shift in a Medical-Surgical unit.

• Leading shift operations by assigning patient loads and ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
• Mentoring and empowering nursing staff through real-time guidance to promote clinical excellence.
• Addressing patient and family concerns with empathy, advocating for a safe and supportive environment.
• Optimizing resource and supply workflows to support seamless bedside care.
• Evaluating team performance and contributing to hiring and professional development.

• Active RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;
  Med Surg expertise preferred.
