Assistant Director of Nursing​/MDS Coordinator – RN​/LPN

Blend clinical leadership, collaboration, and assessment expertise. This combined leadership role offers the opportunity to influence both daily nursing operations and the resident assessment process. You will support the Director of Nursing, guide the nursing team, and coordinate MDS activities from admission through discharge—all with a focus on accurate documentation, quality outcomes, and resident-centered care.

• Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and team leadership.
• Coordinate MDS assessments, schedules, documentation, and interdisciplinary participation.
• Help ensure care plans reflect each resident’s current needs and goals.
• Assist with staffing, education, quality initiatives, and regulatory readiness.
• Provide clinical supervision and direct resident care.

• Current, unencumbered Kansas LPN, RN license, or multistate RN license.
• Previous MDS experience required.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident assessment requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred.
