Registered Nurse; RN Day Shift

We are excited to welcome an RN or LPN to our dedicated nursing team. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, use a wide range of clinical skills, and work alongside people who step in for one another and stay focused on excellent care.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulations.
• Foster a respectful, positive, and resident-centered environment.

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in Kansas.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
