Interim Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to patients (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating);
Assist with ambulation, transfers and range-of-motion exercises;
Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document changes;
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, LPNs and aides to deliver patient care;
Observe patients and notify supervisor of changes or issues requiring care adjustments
