Full-Time Supervisor:
Director of Nursing Supports the Director of Nursing in promoting quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence. Assists with wound care oversight, infection prevention activities, staff training and competency validation, documentation audits, and clinical team support. Provides leadership and coaching to nursing staff, participates in hiring and performance management processes, and helps ensure safe, efficient daily operations. Performs other duties as assigned to support resident care and staffing needs.

Assistant Director of Nursing

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing

Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Kansas Current CPR certification

Current IV certification

Management in a clinical setting minimum 1 year required

Ability to work weekends or any shift required to maintain adequate nursing coverage and maintain 8 hour daily RN mandated coverage

Ability to be on call

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working in a nonprofit or long-term care facility, minimum 1 year Infection Prevention experience is highly preferred

Experience with MDS is highly preferred
