Night Shift – 1 charge, 4 nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician and 1 midlevel per pod
Patient Ratios – 3:1 average, low acuity 5:1, Peds – team nursing – Estimated ratios, not guaranteed

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have

candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Minimum 1-year current hospital ED experience
BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS & TNCC
CPI Blue card

Preferred or nice to have

candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Experience in traveling or experience at large facility areas
Meditech experience
Been to a 52 bed ER or larger
Good grasp on patient experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

IV starts, medication administration, sedations, pediatrics

Best personality Fit:

Able to keep up with our fast pace ER
Diverse and able to learn quickly, we are a young crowd and assume you can handle your own
