American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ER experience and a KS or compact license.

• Emergency Department-Trauma unit with a high volume of behavioral health patients
• 13-week assignment on night shift (19:00-07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Ceil blue scrubs required

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (AHA) required
• TNCC certification required, renewed every 4 years
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• CPI/MOAB High-Risk Crisis Intervention training required (online portion completed prior to start, on-site portion completed at orientation)
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Care for a high volume of behavioral health patients in the emergency department setting
• On-site CPI/MOAB High-Risk training portion completed during orientation
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate due to facility radius rule
• First-time travelers may be considered
