American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept-Trauma position requiring a KS or compact license and prior ED experience.
Details- Emergency Dept-Trauma unit setting
- 16-week contract assignment
- Shift schedule 13:00-01:00
- Every other weekend required
- No call requirements
- Uses Cerner One Chart EMR
- Active KS or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS (AHA required)
- TNCC certification required, renewed every 4 years
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- CPI/MOAB High Risk training (online and on-site portions) required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Provide emergency and trauma nursing care within a fast-paced ED setting
- Ceil blue scrubs required
- Holiday coverage required for 2 out of 3 designated holidays
- On-site CPI/MOAB High Risk training portion completed during orientation
- Candidates must reside within a radius-defined distance for full travel rate eligibility, local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
