American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept-Trauma 1 position requiring KS or compact license and ED-specific certifications.

• Work in the Emergency Dept-Trauma 1 unit of a hospital setting
• 16-week contract assignment
• Shift schedule from 13:00-01:00 on an every other weekend rotation
• No on-call responsibilities
• Uses Cerner One Chart EMR
• Ceil blue scrubs required

• Active KS or compact RN license currently in hand with primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS (all AHA), TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, and CPI/MOAB High Risk training (online and on-site portions)
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

• Provide emergency care within a trauma-designated unit
• 2 out of 3 holiday coverage commitment required
• CPI/MOAB on-site training portion completed at orientation
• Candidates should begin discussing extension with their manager 45 days before assignment end date
• Accepts local candidates, though a radius rule may apply to pay rate depending on distance from facility
