- Minimum 1 year of current hospital ICU experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Strong cardiac critical-care and medication-drip experience
- Previous Meditech experience
- Prior travel assignment experience
- Experience working in a large hospital ICU
- Balloon pump, CRRT and targeted-temperature-management experience
- Coronary and cardiac critical-care patients
- Post-cardiac catheterization care
- Intra-aortic balloon pump management
- CRRT
- Hypothermia/targeted temperature management
- Cardioversion
- Central-line management
- Critical and titratable medication drips
Both day and night shifts typically include:
- 13 bedside RNs
- One charge nurse
- One patient-care technician
The unit is seeking a driven, organized and efficient ICU RN who maintains a positive attitude, communicates effectively and stays actively engaged with the care team.
