Product Acceptance Specialist

Description:

The Product Acceptance Specialist verifies product conformance to engineering and design requirements through inspections, auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities. This position supports quality assurance operations by documenting discrepancies, controlling non-conforming materials, and assisting with product and process verification activities.

* Contract - 7 Months

* Variable Shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd) Must be flexible

* Must be a U.S. Citizen
*$29.45 - $33.25/hour

#Education & Job Requirements

* A&P License

* Aviation/Aircraft mechanic experience

* Inspection experience

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

* Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints, manuals, and other documents

* Experience performing product inspections and verification activities

* Knowledge of non-conformance documentation and quality assurance procedures

* Familiarity with auditing, surveillance, and monitoring processes

* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

#Job Duties & Functions

* Verify product conformance to engineering and design requirements

* Provide objective evidence of inspection and verification results

* Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities

* Identify and document discrepancies using non-conformance systems

* Segregate and control non-conforming items

* Review rework dispositions for compliance and accuracy

* Assist with product reviews during product and process verification activities

* Support internal customers during inspection and acceptance processes

* Maintain accurate quality and inspection documentation

* Follow company procedures and quality standards throughout all operations

#Physical Requirements & Environment

* Work onsite in a manufacturing environment

* Work variable shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as required

* Work overtime and rotating weekend schedules as needed

* Operate in an aircraft production and inspection environment

* Use personal protective equipment in designated areas
