Pay Rate: $41.00 - $44.00 per hour

Summary

In this vital role, you’ll ensure that critical aerospace components meet rigorous quality standards, contributing directly to the success of high‑stakes production processes. Your expertise in inspection, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will play an essential part in delivering world‑class aerospace systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly and post‑assembly sealing activities
    , ensuring all sealant applications meet engineering and quality specifications.
  • Conduct electrical bond and ground testing using approved meters and procedures to verify proper electrical continuity and grounding.
  • Perform electrical bond final inspections
    , documenting results and ensuring compliance with all requirements and inspection criteria.
  • Perform detailed fastener inspections
    , including solid rivets, blind fasteners, hex‑drive bolts, lockbolts, bolts and nuts, and fasteners installed in composite structures.
  • Use precision measuring tools (such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges) to verify dimensions, tolerances, and part conformity.
  • Inspect aircraft skin and surface quality
    , identifying defects, evaluating condition, and determining acceptability based on established standards.
  • Use and interpret drawings, inspection manuals and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Required
  • 2‑5 years’ experience in aerospace airframe assembly inspection.
  • Ability to obtain all required training certifications and maintain certifications while on assignment.
  • Blueprint reading experience.
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools accurately.
  • Experience writing NCRs (Tags).
  • Experience working with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures.
Preferred skills
  • SAP experience.
  • MS Office experience.
  • Boeing 737 Airframe/Fuselage Experience.

Pay Details

$41.00 to $44.00 per hour.
