Job Purpose
Responsible for conducting visual and dimensional inspections of plastic molded parts, utilizing pressure measuring devices and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of plastic molded parts according to established quality standards and specifications.
- Use precision measuring devices - calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, and CMM.
- Accurately record inspection results and maintain inspection records.
- Communicate results and quality issues to production and quality control teams.
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report non-conforming parts and take appropriate action.
- Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Completes ALL paperwork timely and completely.
- Report timely all safety, quality & machine issues to supervision.
- Follows all procedures, rules, and works in a safe manner.
- Perform other duties as required.
