Food Safety & Quality Auditor-Nights 3rd

FSQ Auditor – 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Starting Pay: $22.15 per hour + $1.00 shift differential for 3rd shift.

Dold Foods LLC seeks a FSQ Auditor to work in our food processing facility in Wichita, KS. Successful candidates will work varying shifts with opportunities for overtime, including weekends.

MUST be 18 years of age or older to apply. Applicants must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa and must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

• Standing in one spot on a work stand or at a workstation except during breaks and lunches.
• Working on short notice, 8-12 hours a day, several days in a row, and mandatory overtime during the week and weekends.
• Working day, evening, third, and/or weekend shifts.
• Working in temperatures of 35-45°F or below.
• Working with raw, chilled, processed, or ready‑to‑eat meats.
• Following strict sanitation requirements (hair nets, beard nets, hand washing, no jewelry, no nail polish or fake nails).
• Following strict safety requirements (hard hat, ear and eye protection, vinyl gloves, hand/foot protection).
• Practicing safe work procedures in accordance with Dold Foods LLC safety policies.

• Conducting audits & inspections and completing associated paperwork.
• Label verification.
• Random online quality & specification audits.
• Weight control.
• Housekeeping.
• Monitoring compliance with Food Safety & Good Manufacturing Procedures.
• Conducting monthly GMP audits as needed.
• Performing Pre‑Op inspections as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Quality Control experience.
• Flexibility to work different days and shifts as needed.
• Detail‑oriented and proven record of success as QC auditor.
