. We are seeking an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail and strong quality inspection expertise to uphold the highest standards across critical aerospace programs. This is your opportunity to be part of a high-performing team with competitive pay and long-term career growth.
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, inspection manuals, and specifications
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, inspection tools, and specialized equipment
- Follow Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures
- Maintain working knowledge of company processes, policies, and production workflows
- Perform inspections to accept or reject parts, processes, and assemblies
- Verify tools and equipment are properly calibrated and qualified
- Prepare and maintain quality records and documentation
- Write and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Support multiple inspection areas and job codes as needed
- Maintain required certifications and training compliance
- 5+ years of aerospace airframe assembly inspection experience
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience with MS Office and SAP systems
- Proven experience writing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of production and inspection processes
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Availability for overtime as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
