- Perform quality management reviews (QMR), write reports, raise requests for internal/supplier action and follow up.
- Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
- Provide daily visibility on internal customer issues to quality and manufacturing team.
- Conduct technical investigations.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Establish containment plans in manufacturing (short term / long term).
- Conduct infrequent on‑site visits at the internal customer manufacturing sites.
- 5 years of comparable work experience in aircraft manufacturing.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of quality management system.
- Change management skills.
- Experience in problem resolution techniques.
- Computer literate, specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint.
