Supplier Quality Inspector

We are hiring a Supplier Quality Inspector to provide onsite quality inspection and supplier quality support for aircraft and aviation products. This role focuses on aircraft inspection, product conformance, quality auditing, non-conformance documentation, rework verification, and product/process verification to ensure components meet engineering and design requirements.
Responsibilities- Verify aircraft products and components conform to engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- Provide objective evidence and documentation of inspection and product verification results.
- Perform supplier quality auditing, surveillance, monitoring, and inspection activities.
- Identify and document product or process discrepancies using the applicable non-conformance system.
- Segregate, control, and track non-conforming materials, components, and products.
- Review rework dispositions and verify completed rework meets applicable quality and design requirements.
- Support product reviews with internal customers during product and process verification activities.
- Assist with onsite supplier quality activities to ensure compliance with established inspection and quality requirements.
- US Citizenship Required
- High School Diploma
- Aviation or aircraft mechanic experience; military aircraft experience is not required.
- Previous aircraft, aviation, manufacturing, or product inspection experience.
- Experience evaluating product conformance against technical or design requirements.
- Ability to identify and document discrepancies and non-conforming material.
- Ability to work onsite in support of Supplier Quality activities.
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
