This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying updated on real estate market trends and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing the real estate industry.
- Active Real Estate License is required.
- Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property.
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of the Wichita, Kansas real estate market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, proactively, and ethically.
