Regal Entertainment Group - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare designated menu items using approved recipes, portions, and plate presentations.;
Operate, prepare, and clean all food preparation equipment, prep stations, and kitchen areas.;
Maintain FIFO inventory rotation and proper storeroom use.;
Follow kitchen opening and closing procedures and show procedures.;
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety and sanitation laws.
