Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s) and wear company uniform.;
Greet customers with a smile, be polite and pleasant, and resolve customer complaints quickly.;
Maintain food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking and holding times.;
Assist RGM with cash control, inventory management, and labor, and ensure health and safety standards.
