Execute the Manager-In-Charge routines and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.;
Maintain food safety, quality and accuracy of orders and resolve customer complaints quickly.;
Provide regular feedback and training to Team Members and handle conflicts constructively.;
Assist RGM with cash control, inventory management, labor, and facility maintenance to meet P&L goals.
