We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Minimum age requirement: at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply.
• Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary.
