Part time Frosters will be scheduled 20-25 hours per week Monday‑Sunday. We require all employees to work every other Saturday and Sunday. Pay range is based on experience.
Bakery hours are Monday‑Wednesday: 10am‑7pm, Thursday‑Saturday: 9am‑7pm, Sunday: 11am‑4pm.
Must have good communication and organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure and multi‑task while paying special attention to detail. The Froster position is a fast‑paced environment!
Job duties include:- Frosting all cakes according to NbC standards
- Maintaining par levels of cakes for walk‑in guests
- Keeping up with pre‑ordered and waiting cakes
- Making frosting if needed
- Cleaning and sanitizing workstation and equipment

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery environment is a plus.
Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor). All inquiries about employment should be directed to the franchise owner/operator and not to Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate.
