We are a pawn brokerage company in the greater Wichita, KS area. We are looking for eCommerce associate candidates to better our team.

Execute day to day operations of e-Commerce marketplace.

• Selects merchandise from within retail store.
• Properly researches price on merchandise to stay competitive.
• Lists merchandise according to researched price.
• Properly captures picture of merchandise according to company standards.
• Obtains merchandise requested by customer from listed stock.
• Answers customer's questions concerning description, price, and use of merchandise.
• Verifies payment was successfully made.
• Prepares merchandise for shipping if applicable.
• Calculates sales discount to determine price.
• Keeps record of sales and records accordingly.
• Ensure good customer service by addressing the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Some previous work-related experience.
• Familiarity with online selling platforms.
• Familiarity with computers and technology.
• Bilingual a plus English/Spanish.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and walk constantly.
