This is a permanent PART-TIME role.

Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer.

We are hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. Our store types include grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores.

Tasks:

• Use a downloadable app on your mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store.
• Complete Display Scanning on the entire store each week, which can take several hours.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of the products scanned.
• Participate in Custom Projects, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours of work for certain weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to ensure data delivery to clients.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure long periods on your feet and access products throughout the store.
• Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and perform repetitive movements for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Tech-savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
