As a Brand Associate, you'll engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service, educating them about our products, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Treating all customers and employees with respect.
• Promoting loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engaging with customers to drive sales and service.
• Enhancing customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Being accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals.
• Supporting sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handling all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Executing operational processes effectively and efficiently.

You should be:

• A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team.
• A customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
