Job Summary

The Inventory Coordinator ensures the overall integrity and maintenance of a store’s inventory. The role requires 20‑30 hours per week, focused on sustaining inventory accuracy, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the overall store operations.

• Receive POs from Ace and non‑Ace vendors and report any over/shorts or damaged items.
• Coordinate with the freight captain for proper receiving and replenishment when shipments arrive.
• Investigate and correct all outbound discrepancies using mobile scanning and approved processes.
• Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow defective merchandise procedures to secure credits.
• Review inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and adjust counts as needed.
• Handle price change completion, verify location code integrity, manage inventory levels, and process adjustments.
• Prepare store for periodic full‑store physical inventories and coordinate with the store support center.
• Participate in Inventory Coordinator training and mentor other associates.
• Collaborate with management to report and resolve inventory concerns.
• Complete additional inventory duties assigned by management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in researching and identifying root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Previous retail store experience preferred.

$12.00 per hour.
