Salary & Compensation

Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour if schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed criteria are met. Multiple premiums may apply.
