Oversee multiple Gift Shop and Gift Kiosk/Cart locations and supervise staffing, scheduling, and payroll to meet budget goals;
Develop and implement training programs, coach and mentor staff, and manage performance and exits;
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and uphold company policies and procedures;
Maintain merchandise presentation standards and maximize sales through inventory analysis and communication with Retail Operations Manager and Buyer;
Manage cash handling procedures, POS troubleshooting, and daily/weekly/monthly sales reporting
