Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members; show flexibility to work in other areas as needed;

Prepares bakery department merchandise according to daily production needs; operates baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels, and stores merchandise; ensures food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management; maintains and sanitizes equipment;
Be a Techie:
Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality decisions;
Be an Owner:
Maintains operational excellence and work area per policies; ensures quality and date control for bakery items; secures fragile/high-shrink items; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage;
Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocates for the department and club by delivering high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy and commitment; upholds the Open Door Policy.
