Traveling Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Traveling Retail Merchandiser to support retailers in the Retail industry within our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you'll travel to assigned stores to implement planograms, complete product resets, and maintain engaging, accurate displays that drive sales. You'll work closely with store teams, follow detailed merchandising instructions, and report results using basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail locations to execute merchandising plans and product resets
• Implement planograms and ensure accurate product placement, signage, and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock or display issues to store and company contacts
• Collect basic sales and merchandising data and report results electronically
• Build strong working relationships with store personnel and vendor partners
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays that meet brand standards
• Follow route schedules and manage time effectively across multiple store visits
• Identify opportunities to improve shelf presence and in-store promotions
• Adhere to company, client, and store safety and compliance policies
• Represent The Retail Odyssey Company with professionalism and customer-focused service
