We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at a leading grocery store. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. • - Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the store
• - Offer personalized assistance to customers, answering questions and making recommendations
• - Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit transactions
• - Utilize POS systems to ring up sales, manage inventory, and track customer purchases
• - Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction
• - Develop a thorough understanding of store products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
• - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area
• - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, handling customer inquiries and concerns
• - Provide bilingual support to customers, as needed
• - Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

• - Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store environment
• - Strong sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets
• - Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience
• - Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• - Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
• - Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• - Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• - Must obtain Public Notary certification within 30 days of hire (company-sponsored).
• - shift require: variable. Availability to work on Saturdays
