Help customers discover items and answer product questions to assist in their shopping needs;
Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise;
Check product quality and review sell-by dates to ensure freshness;
Provide customers with fresh and non-perishable groceries as ordered;
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers;
Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager;
Create a welcoming environment and assist customers with inquiries about products;
Support and participate in safety and preventive maintenance procedures
