Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and competitive Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the agency building relationships, networking in the community, and helping people protect what matters most. If you thrive on connecting with others, enjoy a fast‑paced sales environment, and want uncapped earning potential, this role is for you.

- Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, community events, and outbound sales efforts.
- Confidently present and recommend insurance solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Build Relationships:
Develop trust and long‑term relationships with clients by being personable, professional, and reliable. - Deliver an exceptional customer experience that leads to renewals, referrals, and repeat business.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for coverage questions and policy reviews.
- Be a Community Connector:
Represent the agency at networking events, local organizations, and community activities. - Build a strong personal brand and become a go‑to resource for insurance in the area.
- Stay Sharp & Compliant:
Stay up‑to‑date on insurance products and sales techniques. - Ensure all policies and transactions meet state regulations and agency standards.
- A driven self-starter who thrives on achieving (and beating) goals.
- A people-person who enjoys networking, building connections, and earning trust.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance experience a plus).
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance producer license.
