- Collaborate with your mentor agent and Farmers leadership to utilize tools, support, and resources that elevate your success.
- Create and execute marketing strategies that expand your client base and strengthen your local presence.
- Operate with the mindset of a business owner, taking responsibility for outcomes, growth, and daily performance.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a long-term career in business ownership.
- Exceptional professionalism and communication skills — this role interacts directly with clients and community partners.

- Self-motivation and discipline — you’ll manage your own schedule, workload, and development.
- Ability to study for and obtain P&C and L&H licenses (full training and support provided).
- Commitment to completing all training, coaching, and performance requirements of the program.
- Comfort with financial responsibility and strong personal money-management habits.
- Pass a background check per program and state requirements.
- Previous sales or customer-focused experience is preferred, but not required.
