We are currently hiring an AT&T Sales Associate to join our Wichita team.

As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will represent AT&T products and services, assist customers in selecting wireless and connectivity solutions, and help drive sales growth through excellent service and relationship-building.

This position includes hands‑on training and clear advancement opportunities based on performance.

• Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and bundled service options
• Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs
• Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product updates
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Deliver professional, customer‑focused service at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal‑oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Competitive base pay + performance‑based commission
