Overview

Chisholm Place Memory Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Relations Director to join our team. As a Community Relations Director, you will be responsible for directing the sales and marketing program for our community, while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and referral sources. Responsibilities
  • Direct the sales and marketing program for the community, with a primary focus on business operations and sales programming
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Build relationships with area professionals, referral sources, and prospective residents to generate leads and conversions
  • Conduct tours and presentations for prospective residents and families, and answer questions and objections
  • Oversee and facilitate the acceptance process for new residents, including paperwork and apartment preparation
  • Supervise or act as move-in coordinator, and ensure a seamless transition for new residents
  • Create and review quarterly sales and marketing reports with senior leadership
  • Coordinate and facilitate marketing events and group presentations
  • Work with outside consultants as required, and monitor and manage the department’s budget
Requirements
  • High school diploma with some vocational or college coursework in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Five years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree in marketing, social sciences, business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales management theory, effective sales closing methods, prospect evaluation methods, and organizational functions of a retirement community
  • Ability to motivate and coach employees, and prioritize tasks to achieve goals and targets
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $70,000 - $70,000 annually
