Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements- Active Life and Health License
- Knowledge of Medicare plans, enrollment rules, and related healthcare coverage options.
- Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or benefits advising.
- Strong communication skills for clear, patient conversations with clients.
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple, reassuring way.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when handling applications and policy information.
- Comfort using CRM systems, phone systems, and basic computer applications.
- Preferred experience working with senior clients or in healthcare-related insurance.
- Speak with clients about Medicare options and help them understand what fits their needs.
- Guide individuals through enrollment, plan changes, and policy-related questions.
- Build trust by offering honest, helpful support during an important decision-making process.
- Review applications and coverage details carefully to help avoid errors and delays.
- Follow up with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and keep them informed.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and policy activity.
- Stay current on Medicare guidelines, plan updates, and insurance product changes.
