We’re looking for a driven, energetic team member to join our front‑of‑house team as a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist. This is not a typical front desk position. This is a highly active, sales‑driven role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves hitting goals.

As a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll help drive both customer satisfaction and business performance.

• Drive membership sales through customer education and relationship building
• Achieve key performance goals including membership conversion, rebooking, average ticket, and retail sales
• Recommend service upgrades, add‑ons, and retail products
• Build and follow up with sales leads
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage customer accounts
• Resolve customer concerns and create positive client experiences
• Retain memberships and strengthen customer loyalty
• Support daily operations and keep the front area clean and organized
• Cross‑train in multiple areas to support team needs and business growth

• Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance
• Confident in sales and comfortable making recommendations

• Sales experience strongly preferred
• Customer service experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar)
• Comfortable using technology and computer systems
• Reliable transportation required

• Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
• Willingness to work as part of a highly collaborative team
• Ability to adapt and shift priorities throughout the day
