- Speak with prospective and current clients to learn about their insurance needs
- Present coverage options clearly and help clients make informed decisions
- Prepare quotes, submit applications, and follow up on policy details
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and keep client information up to date
- Support renewal conversations and look for opportunities to strengthen client relationships
- Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth, helpful client experience
- Stay current on product knowledge, carrier guidelines, and licensing requirements
- Prior sales experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar consultative sales role
- Active California insurance license or ability to obtain required licensing
- Strong communication skills for phone, email, and in-person conversations
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Comfort using CRM systems and standard office software
- Organized follow-through on quotes, applications, renewals, and client follow-up
- Preferred experience with cross-selling, account growth, or relationship-based sales
- Bilingual communication skills, preferred
