We're looking for a driven, energetic team member to join our front-of-house team as a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist. This is not a typical front desk position. This is a highly active, sales-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves hitting goals.

What You'll Do As a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll help drive both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive membership sales through customer education and relationship building
• Achieve key performance goals including membership conversion, rebooking, average ticket, and retail sales
• Recommend service upgrades, add-ons, and retail products
• Build and follow up with sales leads
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage customer accounts
• Resolve customer concerns and create positive client experiences
• Retain memberships and strengthen customer loyalty
• Support daily operations and keep the front area clean and organized
• Cross-train in multiple areas to support team needs and business growth

Experience Preferred
