Executive Sales CoordinatorIdea Tek is looking for an Executive Sales Coordinator to serve as a strategic extension of our Vice President of Sales. This is more than an administrative support role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted business partner who helps keep sales initiatives moving, executive communications polished, and leadership aligned.
In this role, you'll work side-by-side with the VP of Sales, helping prepare executive-level presentations, communicating strategic priorities, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring important initiatives never lose momentum. You'll have visibility across the organization and regular interaction with leaders from multiple departments, making professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality essential to your success.
A Day in the LifeYou'll begin your day by reviewing priorities with the VP of Sales, preparing for upcoming leadership meetings, and organizing materials needed to communicate key initiatives across the business.
Throughout the day, you may be transforming sales data into executive-ready presentations, capturing strategic discussion points during leadership meetings, coordinating follow-up communications, or preparing talking points for senior leadership. You'll partner closely with departments across the organization to gather information, communicate priorities, and ensure executive initiatives continue moving forward.
Your ability to listen carefully, anticipate needs, and translate ideas into action will make you an invaluable extension of the VP of Sales.
What You'll Do- Act as a strategic extension of the Vice President of Sales by driving priorities, communication, and execution.
- Develop executive presentations, reports, and communications that transform complex information into clear business insights.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, capture key decisions, and ensure timely follow-through on strategic initiatives.
- Partner across departments to align priorities and support sales leadership initiatives.
- Maintain executive resources and confidential information with exceptional accuracy and professionalism.
- Continuously improve processes that enhance communication, efficiency, and sales operations.
To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams in a fast-paced business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex information into polished executive presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar presentation tools.
- Exceptional listening skills with the ability to translate discussions into clear action items and executive communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- High capacity with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
- Experience working within Sales, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy.
- Experience interpreting business metrics and translating data into executive insights.
- Telecommunications, technology, or SaaS industry experience.
