The Pruner Agency is actively expanding and seeking an experienced, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our growing team. • Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance products including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and bundled policies
• Work inbound and outbound leads through phone, text, email, and CRM workflows
• Conduct professional policy reviews and coverage consultations
• Quote, bind, and manage new business efficiently and accurately
• Cross-sell and upsell responsibly to maximize account value and retention
• Maintain strong documentation and follow-up inside Agency CRM systems
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent communication and trust
• Collaborate with leadership on production goals, pipeline strategy, and growth initiatives

• Active Kansas Property & Casualty insurance license (or willing to get in first 30 days)
• Prior insurance sales or agency experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through
• Comfortable working inside CRM systems and digital tools
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
• Commitment to ethical selling and long-term client relationships
