The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to;- Full-Portfolio Sales:
Drive revenue by selling a comprehensive beverage solution, including coffee, brewed teas, flavored syrups, and plant-based energy concentrates. - Menu Engineering:
Help clients develop diverse beverage programs that balance traditional staples (house blends and iced teas) with high-margin trendsetters (Lotus energy drinks and Torani-infused specialties). - Product
Education:
Host cuppings, tastings, and "Barista 101" sessions to ensure clients are brewing and mixing products to their highest potential. - Account Expansion:
Upsell existing accounts by introducing new products, ideas or blends to keep their menus fresh.
Territory Management:
Prospect new business while maintaining high retention rates through consistent on-site support and inventory consultation.

Someone who is coffee scene literate. - Sales Hunter:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoys selling excitement. - Service-Oriented:
You understand the fast-paced nature of the service industry and provide excellent customer service. - Digital Fluency:
You don’t just use social media; you understand Content as a Sales Tool.
- Strong networking skills within the local hospitality and food service community.
- Ability to lift and move product samples (e.g., coffee bags, syrup cases).
- Excellent presentation skills—you’re as comfortable behind a cupping table as you are behind a spreadsheet.
